Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via email and chat
- Assist clients with booking and fleet management issues
- Provide product guidance and onboarding support
- Escalate technical issues to development team when required
- Maintain clear documentation of support interactions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any field (Fresh graduates welcome)
- Working hours based on Canadian business hours (Night Shift)
- Strong written and spoken English communication
- Good problem-solving and analytical thinking ability
- Ability to work flexible shifts including overtime if required
- Customer oriented mindset with positive attitude
- Ability to work well in a team environment
